How the F are Neotel still in business?

Can't find any of their packages that are useful, or even compare or come close to ADSL or Mobile internet! (Data/Price)
Or is is just me not being able to navigate a entangled site?

Neotell makes their money with the business packages, their fibre network speeds is very impressive. But for the consumer unfortunately they have made it clear that they are focused on businesses mainly.
 
I signed up for Neotel 2MB Wimax and it's classified as a "Business" product. It's been good and this 'corporate only' approach is probably their only lifeline and why they're still in business. So much wasted potential though :(

Their website is a Pontius-to-Pilate catch-22 maze that is not intuitive. Too little info on pages, too many forward links to more pages with yet more costly clicks. I have tried a week weeks ago to learn more about Neosmart but gave up. A nice comparison table a la spreadsheet that explains their entire offering is what is needed.
 
3 clicks to get to "Consumer", "New Services", "Neosmart" and table is displayed. Then Google "HTC Desire VC" to get specs of the low end smartphone.
 
they don't pay their partners commission they are useless
 
Try calling their supprt number. The people that answer can barely speak english

Well, there's that, and the fact that you can't upgrade any of the consumer packages ... e.g. I am using way more data now than anticipated due to all the devices in the house, but I can't upgrade my package from 5Gb to say 10Gb. I have to swallow and pay the out of bundle rates.

And on top of that, their MV441 device is OOOLLLDDDDDD, firmware that is dated in 2010 IIRC, with no updates? WTF?
 
Neotel did make an attempt into commercial once. I was interested and sent them a mail to find out whether my area is covered. Took them a good few days to respond, only to say that they'll get someone to contact me.
I replied and said that's it's no wonder that Neotel is not gaining market share - basic question takes a few days to reply. They never replied.
 
I have a meeting with NEOTEL on Monday... waiting to see what they can offer.
 
Been waiting for 2 weeks for the "next-day-installation" that we were promised at our new offices ... Slightly better than the 3 weeks we've been waiting for Telkom for :(
 
mark my words.. Neotel is a money laundering scheme from India
