So seeing that the S4 will be officially available from tomorrow, here is a thread to discuss anything S4 related

Well got the phone just now and busy downloading all my favourite apps.
Love the camera and the different modes you can use. Will play with the phone and give some feedback later. One thing that bugs me is the plastic feel, wish they would make the quality more premium for the money you pay.

Which network & branch did you get it from?
Black or White?
16GB or 32GB?

So jealous :p
 
Left my details with Samsung store in Midrand as i have bought some phones from them before and they gave me a call this afternoon to collect it.
Had a look at both colours and bought the white one. It's the 8 core 32gig one.

Awesome man - how much did you end up paying for the device?

What is your opinion on Air view and gestures?

Did you test the IR blaster? Keen to see if it supports DSTV
 
Congrats. I thought they were going to push to all phones but seems not yet
 
Paid R7999 for phone.
Phone has so many features with gestures that it will take a while to learn everything.
 
There is another thread here where you can download the new Playstore directly if you don't want to wait. Can't seem to find it now.
 
Yip saw that you can get the apk files for the new store.
 
Cell C Gateway store does not have stock yet

Just got a free video voucher from Samsung hub for 2 movies - check it out on the hub
 
*runs to go check for the movie vouchers* The phone is simply awesome. Got ours this morning.

My favorites so far is the Airswipe moves and way to setup what you need notifications bar.
