After dealing with Openweb last year, never again. Their customer service was decent, I will give them that, but it very rarely sorted out the many issues with their "Gold" Account. It was like playing musical chairs with my router. Every time there was a problem (Every couple of days) they would just give me a different log in, which fixed the problem for a day or two, then it went pair shaped again, email them, get a new login, works for a while, account goes haywire, email them, etc. I don't have time for that...
Plus, I remember a couple of months ago when they ran a special on one of the 45,000+ (Sarcasm) different products they have, and the promotional price was only for new customers, old customers were basically told they didn't deserve to get the discount... Don't want to deal with a company that treats their clients like that.
