Well it's a TN panel, so should have a low enough GTG response time.
Me, I'd rather get an LG IPS monitor, and a TV card/USB TV card.
I see Makro has a 23" LG IPS @ R2k. Not sure of the model, think this might be it: http://www.lg.com/za/monitors/lg-IPS234V-ips-monitor

I have that monitor. Only annoying thing about is the glossy screen. The colour is better than my Samsung 23" 2ms LED monitor and games play perfectly on it.

I think that tuner is only digital? I considered it a while back but bought a sony TV instead.
