Broadband Speed Testing by Flash versus HTML5 sites?

Considering that Flash is "old school" by todays standards with most sites being HTML5 compliant. I now wonder how accurate data speed testing by flash/java versus HTML5 is if we take a look at http://speedof.me/, this being a "No Flash" speed testing site. All thoughts welcomed-thanks.
 
must say very nice and i agree that more accurate seeing as using international server :)

I'm getting very strange results with considerable variance between systems, wireless connection results are really bad although speedtest.net & MyBB are OK on the same systems.

Don't have much faith in speedof.me ATM.

speedeof.me gave me my exact line speed. Tested 5 times. Will try during working hours.
