Xbox One cloud graphics rendering: SA gamers’ bane?

I think thats a massive over simplication of what MS actually have in mind.

How so?

Microsoft have not stated any other intention except to assist with detailed pre-rendering load... Lack of adequate broadband services in South Africa will affect Xbox One gamers here, based on this.
