Correctional Services Minister Ngconde Balfour has congratulated his National Commissioner Linda Mti for his re-election yesterday as the Vice President of the International Corrections and Prisons Association (ICPA) at the annual general meeting of the international body held in Canada.

Well, thats the vice president, we dont really "lead". But it is impressive, with our prisons I wouldnt really expect this..
