I wonder if anyone else has a similar problem with ewusbmdm.sys causing their Windows XP system to crash from time to time at start-up? Typically switching on from cold produces a "blue screen of death" which complains that ewusbmdm.sys has caused the crash.
I've updated my PC BIOS to the latest revision and Windows is XP Pro with all Service Packs & Updates etc.
Rebooting the machine will usually let the PC boot normally and the E220 works fine.
I have tried tinkering with the position ewusbmdm.sys loads on boot-up but with no positive result...
Any idea welcome (except buying a new PC etc!!)
