Webcam

Hi guys,

Can anyone positively reccomend a webcam that works in both OSX and Linux?

On the maccam page there are several listed as "it has been tested successfully at least once but that is no guarantee that it will work."

I know the iSight works in linux, but it's a tad expensive and I don't see it on any of the online dealers anymore.

Logitech Quickam Chat, anyone?

You can still get the iSight at any Apple dealer.
Not sure about other brands

Another vote for the iSight - the microphone on it is brilliant as well.

Amazing mic and great picture on the iSight, definitely worth the money. The aluminium finish is also a whole lot classier than anything else I've seen.

+ the new isight resolution is real cool & clear ....... hooray for larger resolutions ...... i can now see the whole teet LOL :P
