Cheapest place where I can purchase RAM

Need help, please.I am looking for 1gb or 2gb of ram for my laptop/Notebook, which ever is cheaper. I currently have 512mb and need to replace with 1gb or 2gb of ram because I only have one slot.Where is the cheapest place I can purchase them in Cape Town or on the net.

Sorry I did not specify the ram, Currently in the slot is a 512-MB 533-MHz DDR2 SDRAM. Where JUGGY?

533 and 667 are the same price. I can order and you can collect from Rectron.
