Best to ask them to install a new line, and cancel the old ISDN line as soon as the new line is up and running (if you can afford it).

Convert the IDSN line to a Analog Line and then apply for ADSL...

in SA Telkom upgrades the analog line to a digital one. Digital being ISDN or ADSL, only difference is the end equipment at either end for asymmetrical or symmetrical frequencies.

@crass: Did u come right with your ADSL yet? I was on ISDN and went directly to ADSL... bad idea, as it turned out... months of being jerked around by telskum... See my sig or [edit:]the self install thread. Also see ic's advice to me about converting to normal analogue first...
