would someone from openweb please contact me....or read their emails...or listen to messages left on their support line after holding on for nearly 10 minutes....looks to me your service is dropping here.

We experienced a problem with our call centre routing software this morning. It has however been corrected, and all should work without a hitch.

For your router based uncapped ADSL, how many concurrennt Logins?
And can I customise a package?
 
The router based solutions can only support one concurrent connection. As the physical router supplied does the PPPoe dial up. The router is also locked so no configurations can be made to alter this.
 
I'm afraid there goes the respect factor.

bah.
I want a simple uncapped solution that will stay uncapped, and not go "express"!

Any suggestions anyone?
