Import Legalities.

Looking to setup a small import business. What is required? Could anyone point me in the right direction? Tax? Insurance? Forms?

Nothing special normally...except stuff like food,2nd hand goods,ect, you need a permit for.

READ HERE or search the dti site.

I do my own importing on the side and i never even have to worry about anything.

You can always use an import agent.
