Setting up email

I do not have an Adsl pots filter so I cannot phone Telkominternet.

Also not in the mood for waiting 30min.

When I try to send an email I get the following error:

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the "I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '******@telkomsa.net'. Subject 'Helloooo!', Account: 'pop3.telkomsa.net', Server: 'smtp.dsl.telkomsa.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554 5.7.1 <dsl-146-148-184.telkomadsl.co.za[165.146.148.184]>: Client host rejected: Local Only ADSL', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Can someone please give me the correct server settings I must enter when setting up my account:)
 
If you not using SSL, make sure that your app knows that (Outlook, or whatever u using).
Check your username and password. Maybe you entered incorrectly

A friend of mine has had the same problem, turns out you cannot use email with a saix local only account.
