ECA amendment submitted to speed Infraco licence

I would love to know how the companies that are going through the process of getting licenses the normal way feel about this. I reckon there are probably some legal issues surrounding amending the ECA just to get Infraco a license.

Also whats scary is the extra power its giving the minister... Poison Ivy needs to have all her power revoked cos she's so damned useless.
 
Everyone has to abide by the laws except the government who can bend and break them as they please. Am I the only one really worried about the intervention part of the new amendment?
