Previously I had problems getting hold of airtime for Virgin mobile, now a new problem has arisen: I can't even LOAD airtime anymore without having to call the 123 sort me out number.
It's happened 3 times in a row now, I phoned yesterday lay the complaint she tells me she'll look into it and load my airtime by today, today they tell me Monday! PATHETIC SERVICE VIRGIN MOBILE!!! I haven't spent that much money on airtime before (about R50-R100 a month) but I've got a new job now and I have money to spend on airtime, but I can't even get it loaded. Oh did I mention they expect you to FAX the slip to them to prove you have it: They think I'm a crook, 3 times in a row already!!! no matter how many times I tell them it's happened before they do nothing to rectify the situation.
I'm officially warning anyone to stay away from them, they're friendly but they don't get anything done. All they had to do to keep me as a customer was to allow me to actually add airtime in a user friendly manner but they can't even do that, hope for their sake I'm the only customer, Vodacom here I come!
