So your guilty of being raped in South Africa?
...not even in this country!
Males or females have never been charged as guilty, by law for being the rape victm, as they are in Islamic countries.
...and on SA law, is this not true:
In South Africa at present, the common-law crime of rape is defined as unlawful intentional
intercourse, meaning penile-vaginal intercourse by a man with a woman without her consent
(Pantazis, 1999).
No! If males get raped, theres nothing you can do about it in SA IIR.
You will be happy to learn that you are out of date. The Sexual Offences Act changed that situation at the beginning of this year. The legal definition of rape includes non concensual male on male penetration as well as a whole bunch of other nasty things....and on SA law, is this not true:

intercourse, meaning penile-vaginal intercourse by a man with a woman without her consent
Saw this when it was first published, sick. And Dubai tries to promote itself as modern.
Jeez. So if they have one tyranically law which ignores even the concept of human rights it's appropriate to have another? I guess that makes some sort of wierd twisted logic. But then, I'm just a bleeding heart liberal. Not a manly man who can stomach let alone endorse the idea of a woman being flogged for getting gang raped. As for this article/sentence in a country that does not allow any woman to not wear veil/scarf its appropriate. Even non muslims HAVE to wear scarf in Saudi, Egypt and Dubai.
Even non muslims HAVE to wear scarf in Saudi
The getting flogged for being raped was in Saudi. The Other story (no such thing as male rape) was in Dubai.Dubai is in the United Arab Emirates.
This story took place in Saudi Arabia - a different country!
Tyranny is Tyranny.Sharia law is Sharia law
Dubai is in the United Arab Emirates.
This story took place in Saudi Arabia - a different country!
Hey, Sharia law is Sharia law
I was going to post the same thing, except I believe Syndyre was replying to the post about the 15-yr old French boy in Dubai, not the original article about Saudi.
Lets hope so, they are a oil hub, a booming tourist destination, many billions invested in new, purchased developments, for sale to foreigners, they are running out of oil and tourism and foreign investment is their only hope.
WTF, that's just wrong.![]()
