IOL-News24 Local?

I'm capped to local, I can get on to Myadsl but can't open IOL.co.za or News24 I can get to Telkomsa, even
get some sites in Germany with a *.de so my user stats
at telkom says as from today local til yesterday blended.
So why can I reach ard.de 2df.de etc but not iol or news 24. I used 3.6GB and I'm on a 3 GB account so the new user stats under SAIX Audit is stating blended or like today local. Anybody knows?
 
You might try an ad-blocker - news24.com and iol.co.za are (iirc) both local but there could be overseas ads that are stalling the page load.

Actually ard.de and zdf.de resolve to 165.165.39.136 and 165.165.39.144 which seem to be local akamai ips.

I don't think that the Public Broadcaster in Germany is hosting the websites here locally.Maybe because they have the IP 165.*.*.* that it is seen as local I don't know.
The "Lust" is some discussions on sex related problems, so nothing to be excited about it. But tomorrow I should be Int again. In any case, I can access newshost and other local sites and myadsl no problem, but not even the local National Lottery so maybe I've won and don't know it yet . IOL- News24 no access.
