Not much she can do now, Any further interference will be met with more court action... and the courts have obviously shown they are on the VANS side. :D It will be a waste of money for her to try... and pretty soon here the govt is gonna snap her chain tight. She has become an embarrassment for them. I would not be surprised if this is the final nail in her coffin. There will definitely be an accountability hearing in the cabinet over this.
 
South Africa is one of those places that saves up little miracles just especially for those times when you are beginning to lose hope. Norman Davis IS the man.
 
W00T finally that fat biach got put in her place! oh wait... she might change the legisation according to her will :(
 
Remember in 2004 how her announcement threw everybody into confusion? Including ICASA. Since then she has just made one blunder after another.

If the govt still supports her after all of this... I am marching to Pretoria with my flaming torch and pitchfork in hand.
 
Great news and well done to Altech for taking this all the way! I hope ICASA will now issue licenses without any further delays.

I strongly doubt it. That would take too much time... and Altech will have begun to roll out their network by then (if they are wise, they will move quickly now). Any further attempt to block them will result in massive civil suits in the order of millions of Rands. The govt cannot afford to take that chance.
