Vodacom lost my sisters se k850i

hi guys i need help or suggestions, my sister upgraded her phone in april 2008 and took the se k850i after a month the keypad buttons stopped working took it to vodacare they booked it in and 2 weeks later got it back nd the phone was scratched and the camera was not working then she took it back and they said they would fix it. they have now lost her phone between shops after 6 months time frame.

they wont give her a new one they want to give her a second hand se k850i. i feel vodacom need to give her a new one because they lost it not her and also part of her monthly subscription goes to subsidize the phone so why should she take a second hand one. i need help here vodacom are screwing her big time i feel.

That sucks.
One of the reasons why I stay on pay as u go and sort my own problems out.

Oh no that's insane! She should not have to get a 2nd hand phone. Especially since she only had it for two weeks.

Try placing a complaint on HelloPeter - sometimes the bad publicity will give them a nudge in the right direction
