The download means nothing without the R90, unfortunately 
You need TMU, to be able to upgrade to TMUF. Spend it, it's worth it

Well, read my 1st post again...and click on the R90 link. Why don't you keep on playing via TM Nations Forever ? Cheapest option for you..

Alternatively searce for the Deviance file for Trackmania nations. But You should get that password rather easy if you search a bit
