how does it roll over
why can it roll over
and wtf happens to the data i dont use !?

-in short it seems that if you don't use it all you are sponsering the next person who actually does thus you are paying his/her usages and isp scores on 'light users'. pre paid seems to concist out of the normal cap prise + the lost market the isp would have maid and or the buffer for those 'non light users'

Is there any indication TelkomInternet actually pays SAIX per GB like the other ISPs do? Even if they do they're paying themselves anyway. :rolleyes:

that be like renting a room to yourself to save on tax ?

apart from that i doubt they pay themselves for their own bandwidth...
