    Why does South Africa still not have fast internet?

    This is my record from back in 2003 : Done using a Lucent LT WinModem on a R7 Weekend call special from Telkom. The line quality is exceptional because this is a farm line that only had 2 lines going to the exchange (800m away). The ISP was ABSA (free internet).
