OK a new router to add to the list!
Cisco (Linksys) E3000
PLEASE NOTE! This router does not support 3G cards natively. The USB port is only for file sharing, but if you load DD-WRT on it, it actually enables you to use a 3g modem. Cell C works perfectly! USSD is on the feature request list, SMS not possible.

I used BrainSlayer build "dd-wrt.v24-15940_NEWD-2_K2.6_mega-e2k-e3k"
Theoretically, any router with a USB port, and DD-WRT support should be capable of this (although I think only the bigger and newer builds include 3g support). Please do proper research before loading DD-WRT though, as I can take no responsibility for anyone bricking their routers.
