AD-Hoc bundle expiry date change

Why on earth would anyone (knowingly) buy a month only one then? Which begs the question of why on earth it should even be available?

I know, it's a left over from days gone by, but still...

That is why I cut and pasted the report that shows it is an ad-hoc bundle.

The reason I am asking the question is because Vodacom4me is showing that my ad-hoc bundle, bought on the 20th August, will expire on the 31st which, as you agree, it should not do.

Stranger things have happened ;)

I emailed the customer support staff at Vodacom4me and received the answer:

Thank you for your e-mail communication to Vodacom.

I have viewed your account and found that the 1Gig Bundle was purchased on 20 August 2008 and is valid until 20 September 2008.

No explanation as to why the Vodacom4me account balance page has the wrong expiry date.

I would hang onto that email and make damn sure that on the 1st of Sept you still have the remainder of your bundle.

New Add on Bundle not on 1st of month

I added a 2Gb add on bundle to my contract to see my threshold is 1.48GB on vodacom4me.

Will I get charged the full amount or not? for 3/4 of the bandwidth.
previously as I remember if I start 2gb i get 2gb irrespective of when I buy it.
