I am so over Afrihost and I am busy convincing my husband to move over to a different ISP. Clearly business are still good for Afrihost to not care about existing customers. We are paying for a 40 MBPS line and are getting 0.02 MBPS Download and 47.8 Upload this is extremely slow.
We have logged numerous queries with Afrihost and every time they say do this and do that and yet still the issue is still not resolved after months of querying. I am working from home and can't afford working from the office as I have kids that needs to be taken care off. We have been asking several times for a technician to come and see what the issue is and yet still they will call us with lets try a,b and c. I have to take unnecessary leave today due to the internet being unstable I could not even open a proper page.
This is unacceptable if I pay for a service I expect a service! In the beginning of lockdown the slow system was due to overload what are the excuses this time? I am really fed up and if this is not sorted before end of July you can know for sure that this will be the end of this relationship.
