Afrihost Fibre Feedback Thread

I have placed my Afrihost fibre order 5 weeks ago. Still no one has phoned me to arrange for installation or anything. People in my complex that applied after me have already got their fibre installed. Each time I enquire from Afrihost they say lead time is 6 weeks. 1 week left of their 6 weeks and I am going to cancel the order.
 
I need some assistance with my fibre please @Afriman @Afri(anyone)

I lodged a support ticket on 7 August. No response. So I phoned support line on Wednesday and was asked to email through tracert and ping results.

But then they abandoned the ticket and I've had no response, even after sending 6 more replies begging for a response.

No wonder the Afrihost HelloPeter now has a rating of less than 2/10.

I used to be such a fan boy :sick: :mad:
