How is it possible that a company can in good conscience sell an uncapped service when it is NOT uncapped.
OK, so I like to download music. The stuff I listen to is generally not available in music stores and there isn't a decent one for 200 km.
Is there any industry practice of actually letting the client know when you are planning to cap then or should they just have to figure it out for themselves.
Checked the Client Zone and my account is shown as active (no indication that anything might be amiss) Clicked through to the IS interface and it shows FULL ACCESS.
I pick up the phone
-.... eish ... sorry sir, can you do a speed test.
No, I can't the website won't open the throughput is that bad.
-Try this one
Sorry, that times out as well
-You must be using it to much
I thought that is what uncapped was for %@^#$%&&%@@$^%
So if their shaping / management of my account has rendered it unusable for anything other than a standby dialup connection then they should not be able to call it an Uncapped service ..... they have capped me.
I sorry but they have pissed me off enough that it will cost them more than my pityfull monthly subscription in time and effort to respond to all the annoying questions they will have to offer.
I have copied all their marketing material and in a fit of rage I will fire of a couple of letters to the IMA, ISPA, ICASA, ASA etc. bla bla bla fishpaste.
