Afrihost Mobile Delivery Feedback Thread

Finally received mine today after 10 days of waiting time and I have no complaints towards afrihost service on the matter as the feedback was flawless and I understand huge demands that they trying to accomodate.

Just one question, as I do consider myself a moderate user, it will be difficult to use the pro rata data of 7+GB I got when I ordered it 10 days ago till the end of the month, does Afrihost have a solution for that?

(Apologies, if the question was asked already, as I didnt read the whole thread).

Hey,
I want to thank the Afrihost representatives on MyBB.
They helped me hunt down the tracking number while MDS were dragging their feet.

Sigh so many day's have past, phoned afrihost Monday told me that should receive email on Tuesday or today but so far nothing.

Sorry about this. If it's been en route for this long there is definitely a problem here that we need to investigate. Send me a PM with your username and details, and I'll check out what has happened from this side :(

Same here! But I think I will manage just fine. Getting pron (updates ;)) faster than ever has got some perks.

Nope. Like VernD I'm also still waiting for mine ordered on 20/08. Interesting thing is that mine got a baby somehow as I'm sitting with 2 waybill numbers as of today.

Called MDS this morning about ETA on waybill #1 but could not get anything other than "Didn't Afrihost phone you sir?" out of them.
 
Same here:cry:, still waiting on my sim as of the 9th, what i can`t fathom is that my order tracking at Afrihost states: Handed to Courier 09-09-2013 16:41:45 while MDS on the other hand sends me an email on Wed 2013/09/18 12:16 PM stating:We confirm that we have collected from Afrihost - Despatch for delivery to: so now i am all :confused::confused: I`m beginning to grow weary now of having to wait this long for my sim delivery to take place.:mad:

Any Idea what "In transit Preschedule" means? I tried organizing it so that I go and pick it up from their offices, and have received the sms stating that delivery will take place in 1 or 2 days however nothing since then, so don't know if its available for pick up yet or whether I should wait.

I think it's best to give the couriers a call directly for feedback here.
 
Picked mine up, everything is working so I'm a happy chappy :) Wasn't expecting the router to be so small, really impressed.
