It'll happen in due time. Remember you'll only get the devices on the 3rd/ 4th September so still plenty time to pack your parcel :)

Unfortunately this is a very strict RICA requirement that we absolutely have to follow, along with being present when taking delivery of the device and SIM card.

Shortly before delivery we'll email you confirmation of the address and the courier details, this is when you can confirm with the couriers as to an approximate time.

It looks like we're processing a few batch orders, hence the status.
Can you keep us posted on when it changes though? We've seen quite a few clients change just today :)

We haven't forgotten about you, I promise!

Okay, so all is good if they're delivering to our work, and our documents pertain to our home addy?
 
Is there anyway to check who's details i need to provide for these Rica documents? The Afrihost account is on My name as i used to pay it, my parents now pay for it. But I paid for the wifi modem, so not entirely sure whose details i need to provide :/

It'll be the details you checked out with - so it sounds like you'll need RICA documents for your name :)
 
So guess who's unit arrived this morning.
