Afrihost Mobile Delivery Feedback Thread

I wonder if Afrihost is actually doing something about this or it's just "out of their control". I just want a date, and for them to stick to that date. Rather under promise and over deliver, not vice versa.

Houston we have moved from Pre Scheduled to :

Collivery 120***Status is : Received By Branch

Delivery will be before 16:00 on 27 August

Same status as yesterday...is that a go for delivery today....?? Houston are you there, Hoooouuuuuuustttttttoooonnnnn!!

140m away from my work and they telling me it's only going to be delivered in an hour??? Absolutely pathetic.

it will reflect badly on Afrihost. First we have to spend half an hour to reload a web page that keeps on timing out to be in the top 1000, then wait for a package to arrive on Monday after confirming on Friday and Sat, when it doesnt arrive phone them and they promise Tuesday that ends up being a lie as just an excuse due to everyone phoning.

In time wasted it would be much cheaper to have bought the device at the local mall than get it free.

lol mine is 40km away and they say Friday.
 
We should change this thread to "Afrihost Mobile Delivery Feedback". The actual usage feedback should have a separate thread.

the problem is that the guys who have been messed about first with the missed delivery dates now when the courier eventually arrives they won't be readily available/ complain/won't have docs ready because the courier company cried wolf each time. This additional delay will just have a cascading delay effect on the rest of the people in the queue causing more delay.
