To the guys that have their items delivered does the delivery guy at least give you a phone call to say he is there if you live in a complex?

No one called me I called them. I am sure that he will get to the gate and ask for you.

There is no security guard at the gate. If I get packages from other delivery companies I normally get a call but judging by the professionalism of this courier company I am not expecting it to happen.

Just call the operation guys. Ask them where the driver is when your parcel is due and arrange with them that the driver calls you or maybe even get the drivers cell no. Where are you situated?

I don't hold out much hope of receiving mine anytime soon... I live an hour's drive from East London and Collivery don't even have a branch there. It's still says "Processing Order" on their website, which means it probably hasn't even left Jo'burg yet :(

According to their tracking site, mine was 0.142km away the entirety of yesterday. It kept being 10mins away, since 9am yesterday morning. Today it just says Delivery will be before 16:00 on 26 August.. All lies, also the call center is utterly useless. Either way I am hoping for today.

Requested delivery before 16:00 on 29 August
Estimated time of delivery is 12:39 on 29 August
Driver is currently 0.19 Km from delivery point.

That was at 8:30am. I wonder what mode of transport they using?

Got mine yesterday and I live in the sticks!! wasn't even expecting it yet!! the truck just arrived. :/
