Good luck with that. Angel just told us they won't refund us because they have no proof that it was not our line instead of their network at fault, despite a massive MyBB thread indicating otherwise.
Normally we would push for the refund out of principle (we made both Axxess and WebAfrica refund us for their abysmal internet accounts), but it really wasn't worth the hassle for the R100/m we were paying for the AH account. We're on CW now and happier than a pig in shyte. Will never bother with AH again and will actively recommend not to use them to anyone who asks me. It's one thing to just be incompetent, but AH is downright awful and they know it, but just don't care. I hope their next fine is huge instead of just a minor slap on the wrist like the last one.
