And if you haven't been getting what you've been paying for, log a dispute with them.

I moved any clients with AH and my personal connectivity/hosting away a long time ago - still waiting for a refunds for a services paid for but not delivered *whistle*

Good luck with that. Angel just told us they won't refund us because they have no proof that it was not our line instead of their network at fault, despite a massive MyBB thread indicating otherwise.

Normally we would push for the refund out of principle (we made both Axxess and WebAfrica refund us for their abysmal internet accounts), but it really wasn't worth the hassle for the R100/m we were paying for the AH account. We're on CW now and happier than a pig in shyte. Will never bother with AH again and will actively recommend not to use them to anyone who asks me. It's one thing to just be incompetent, but AH is downright awful and they know it, but just don't care. I hope their next fine is huge instead of just a minor slap on the wrist like the last one.

For sure - pigs will take to the sky before my clients or me see any compensation for the lack of service/ time wasted with 100's of tracert and tickets logged.

Years ago I was a big supported of AH and moved most of my clients (approx 300) to them for ADSL and hosting.
I lost a lot of rep with my clients asking them to be patient with AH while they sort their nonsense out.
In the end I moved all my clients and personal services to other providers.
New clients are moved away as soon as possible. (not surprisingly most of them have issues with AH and require no convincing)

Will AH ever learn/will another fine make them change their ways?
Personally I do not see that happening as I have lost all faith in them.

Nothing less than a formal public apology from Gian himself with compensation before I am willing to consider them as a possible provider for my clients again.

So after all the poor experiences you've had, along with an ongoing query to get your money back, you're still willing to consider going back? That makes absolutely no sense to me.

And if it does?

I will give them a few months to prove themselves before considering them for my clients.

My personal feelings should not interfere with a business decision as to which service provider is best for the client.
