has anybody actually received the billing details yet? im expected to receive mine tomorrow or the 10th(billing cycle), so will see what it shows on there. If it doesnt show any changes to the whole removal of voice line, then im assuming its only due to be implemented for July onwards

Sorry to hear our team hasn't been in touch, there's usually quite a backlog to run through on Mondays - I'm sure you'll have news soon.
From our discussion last week it looked like line issues though?

Have you tested another account thoroughly, leaving it on your router for a day or two?

We don't have much info yet on this... I have a niggling feeling that the voice line rental may be included in the DSL line rental instead of being listed as separate charge...

oh Genie, can you guys maybe make after hours data from 8pm to 7:30am? Because im sleeping at 11:30pm :D
 
Afrihost client zone is down. So are all my cloud servers. Afrihost, why do you keep doing this?

Okay, it's back up. I'm so frustrated with Afrihost by now I swear.
 
urgh, the AfriReps is confusing the heck out of me today lol Like Afriguy is online i send a pm, he goes offline. Fella comes on, sends him a pm, he goes offline, then Genie is on, sends him a pm, and he goes off line. I need a new perfume to spray on these PM's i send

Just a quick heads-up, it looks like we're seeing intermittent spikes in latency and reduced throughput on our Northern IPC, our Team is working with our Vendors to get this resolved ASAP.

thanks for the update :) This is possibly the best thing an ISP could do for its customers. I cannot stress this enough! (proper communication)
