Afrihost Plus+ value-added service suite announced

As i commented, choose R99. It can kick off once all the niggles are sorted [last i read] :).

+1 to Afrihost for coming up with something unique.

I voted for R149. Chose the first four options.

What I really want from Afrihost is prepaid/month-month voice+data services. I want Afrihost to be my network operator, and I want it to be prepaid with cheap data. Hopefully it will come within the next two months.

If I have to pay R99 or more per month to keep using the double data promo then I'll have to move over to Bitco. Which is unfortunate since I've been very happy with Afrihost LTE.

Why? The MTN OneTime bundles are a match for the Afrihost data bundles, and you dont need a contract.

If they can put together all those options for R99pm it would be a game-changer.

I think this is going to backfire on them, people are used to those double data packages.

But I won't be surprised if they come in at a lower price like R49 a month.

At the end of the day rather a slightly extra charge, that way we keep our double data. I was expecting it to end in December.

Total waste of time if you are an uncapped customer.

I will give Afrihost props on trying something different. Unfortunately the deal isn't worthwhile. There are better music streaming sites out there than Simfy.. and some of them are even free.

I'd prefer that they actually sort out their network rather than coming up with these new schemes to drain us of our money. I guess MTN is officially their masters now?

R150 is a fair price for this. I'd go as far as R300 per month if they throw in a perk such as allocating the 500megs to all current active SIM's and APN's you have with them.

The double data promo (Afrihost Mobile) is the only reason I signed up in the first place. I understand Ts & Cs state it might end (Be reviewed) but unfortunately even with the double data in place it just barely meets my price point for what I get and I'm struggling to keep my usage below that threshold as it is.

So if that is the case I would have to cancel. I won't pay any more for the same.

If double data goes away how is Afrihost planning on competing with other ISPs?
