Just got onto Valorant, the ping is down to 180 on London, not the usual 160, but honestly not a train smash, much better than the 250 I was getting, thank you for the assistance :)

I placed an order during the black friday period but Afrihost/Vuma had trouble creating the order and I’m trying to resolve this via email (I have the ticket)

Because of this delay/issue, am I now out ot luck on the black friday deal despite the order being made by me during the period it was offered?

Which device do you use primarily to stream youtube?
 
Samsung Smart TV + LG Smart TV connected via Ethernet.
YouTube premium.
That being said, mess less issues the past 2 days compared to how it was over the weekend.
 
Why is Vumatel always not working? The Vumatel Fibre was not working for several days last week and only when I called in it was fixed like they forgot.

Count me in as another one who has persistent buffering when using Youtube on my TV. I have a 100MB line and in almost every video there is buffering. This wasn't always the case.

What is the workaround for this? It's unacceptable.

We are still waiting for Vuma maintenance's feedback on what is causing the outage.
