So my line was awesome from this morning till this evening. This is just pinging google, can't believe how it changes in the evening.

1 test was at 12:30 and the other 1 19:30

Yes, that is correct. Just double checked now.

Anyone experiencing slow download speeds? Getting about half of what I usually get on Steam and Blizzard.
@AfriFella @AfriGuy are there any issues that you are aware of.
I would try the WhatsApp help but the last time they responded to me 12 hours later.

Speedtests show normal speeds. It's the actual download speed which is the problem.

Those steam speeds are correct for that line speed. I'm getting half what I usually get. Speedtests show normal

not sure he's downloading from steam, so it's probably just steam that is slowing you down, but i'm just guessing.

If look at the top bar of his second image you will see his actual steam download speed. Have done all the basic troubleshooting but still no improvement. I know what I normally get and what I'm getting now, it's not the same.

Strange, they were going to start at the lower speeds and work their way up? 50/50 Vuma still nothing

Who knows, logged a support request and will see what happens. Tested this morning with Steam, Origin and Blizzard and still getting 50% of the speeds I usually get. Tested a HTTP download and it was also the same.
