Hi @AfriGuy @AfriFella @Afrihost-Gian

I signed up for Afrihost Pure Fibre on Openserve, and need to now migrate to another ISP. I looked at your terms and it states as long as I am outside the six month window I don't get any cancellation fees?

My PPPoE username and password was given to me on 8 November 2019, I was effectively a customer from this date, so counting November, December, Jan, Feb, March and April - if I sent my cancellation in to have effect end of April I don't have to pay any cancellation fees, right?

Thanks AG

Mitchells Fibre upgrades are planned to be completed Monday, 06 April.

Hi, can you send your Clientzone email address via DM to just check your profile.

Yes but Telkom and Angola Cables aren't using it just yet. Seacom is so some traffic over Afrihost will be low when it goes via Seacom transit. For example.

Seacom over WACS to London from JHB. 160ms

I'm testing to the same site, and getting as below:

We are both in Centurion area I think, and both on Openserve infrastructure yet big difference in line quality. Only difference is ISP? Can ISP be responsible for the difference? Ping is much higher and significant packet loss.

Just WTAF!?

Not sure could be hey. Looks like IPC congestion. Test your line with a free capped account.

It's free and instant activation :)

whatever they/Frogfoot are doing, it looks like a dog's breakfast...

earlier I got one speedtest at 200/200, but now it looks like they've rolled back the upgrade and it's back to the usual shitshow:
