What is your configured outbound server? GMAIL or an ISP SMTP?

I've been experiencing similar but once again with Github...
Had to do a fresh install of MacOS today cause umm, I accidentally sudo break some core global dependencies and now trying to install Brew at 20kb/s...



I'm assuming brew stuff comes from AWS and Github.

The youtube issues are resolved for now.

You shouldn't be experiencing any buffering.

I will jump back on this issues but so far I have yet to be able to replicate the issue to find what is causing the issue. It happened to me once and never again. I will try to investigate what the issue is and revert back.

It seems to come and go... hard to reliably replicate it myself.
