Morning,

The latency is quite high but we are not seeing that latency on our monitoring tool.

Can you send me a trace route to uk.hosted.co.za or lon.hosted.co.za to see where the latency is coming from.

Afrihost also seemed to be experiencing a major outage last nite. No internet between the 2.5 hours I checked - 9:30PM to 12:00 AM.

This wasn't a Vumatel failure as the neighbor nextdoor with a different ISP was fine.

I was up working till 1am this morning, didn't have any issues. Afrihost/Openserve. South Coast KZN.
 
We have suffered an outage on a core switch at Teraco JHB. Services is restoring now.

Please note we have an extremely high number of support requests. Our team is working on getting back to everyone asap.

Apologies for the outage experienced.
