That's what I thought. Afrihost very mum on the issue. I will try switch back to AH tonight and see if the speeds are still abysmal.

Shaping shouldn't affect throughput on a speedtest, if that's what you're referring to? Please PM me your account info and I'll take a look at it.

A semi-shaping policy applies to our Premium Uncapped package. This policy includes shaping on non realtime protocol. Realtime services will not be shaped. :)
 
155.133.238.162 and 155.133.238.163 can you please add this ip to your gaming list.
This is CS go and is slow AF on latency but other ip's are fine. so I assume its just not high on you gaming list.

Would you be able to run a traceroute to those servers? It would help us a lot to figure out where the latency is coming from.

Now it pings fine... Both ip's
But 7 O clock the 162 ip was fine but the 163 was sluggish. I'll send once it happens again.

19 days since Afrifella told me I would be getting a full refund **** from your accounts department has not processed said refund and continues to ignore my emails and calls. That takes this sorry saga to seven and a half months without a single commitment from Afrihost being met.
