They have always been good to me in the service department. I'm in Jhb, so PTA is just too far.

Quite unacceptable indeed. But at the end of the day, the fact that it actually is getting sorted in the end also speaks volumes.

Apparently Diwali was stopping Amit from doing the transfer. I kicked and screamed a bit, and they claimed the transfer was forthcoming, but no joy. Still keeping you all updated, just no news yet :p

I had started looking around, but I've now decided to first concentrate on getting the money back :P

Yeah, well...

There was a chance it would happen Friday. Didn't happen. Monday, they asked for my details, so I got happy that it'd happen. This morning I couldn't get hold of the relevant people (how convenient). In the afternoon, I was told by one person that it would be done within 5mins and by another person that "it was done a few hours ago" within a few minutes of each other.

Apparently Diwali does things to a person :D

So once again, tomorrow I'll be on the phone @ 8am sharp :p

Should you be sleeping or in TK or something :D
 
That's such rubbish man, even if the people concerned were off for Diwali, there's no reason someone else couldn't do the transfer
