This is what is currently difficult to establish, because Karim used total numbers in his daily figures, which include outbreaks.

I think this is still fair, as it is still comparing apples with apples.

However, if the government starts active community testing (going door to door), it changes the testing methodology from what it was previously. I am not sure whether this has started yet.
