Switched on router for 1st time in August, had a decent speeds 6-8 for short while then back down to sub 1-2..
Invoice for 07/27 was upfront so should be for a month.. but then received a 0 rated invoice for july with only usage shown from 07/27-07/31..
If they going to bill me for August at end of August.. I would be highly upset.. and wouldn't that be against CPA etc.. as the upfront should be for a Month of Usage Upfront.. where I barely used 6/31 days.. and cancelling due to poor performance, not meeting expectations or claims..

If one chooses cancel sim option it would be cancelled end of that month ie. if I cancel Today it will end 31 August
Pro Rata will be applied from 27 Jul 2020, 17:27 till 31 July and Full Month of August deducted from initial credit loaded..
rain_mobile Representative will look into getting it cancelled immediately and apply Pro rata Till now, after Tests etc.
@rain_mobile maybe clarify or post formal process if clients do which to cancel immediately..

Submitted Cancel Sim Request via Online Portal on 18 August, also followed by mail to support to be sure.
