Do you honestly think our wonderful SAPS give a damn? I mean surely you are quite upset and feel rather violated but does this rate highly as a crime requiring the hours of our wonderful police service in their opinion.

Well so far it doesn't seem like it. I cant seem to find out who is working on my case or even if it has been taken up further.. :(

I am a police officer in the Port Elizabeth area that will be more than willing to help you.
Give me your case number and I promise I will find out for you what is going on and let you know who the detective is working on your case.
You do know that you yourself can phone the station at which you opened the case and give them your case number and they will most definitly give you the details you require?

Hi WiseCrack..

Sorry haven't had time to check the boards since my last post... I have phoned a few times, The phone just rings and rings, and Twice I was told they would check and phone me. I wish I had taken names, but as usual I was trusting.

I was planning on going back and try speaking to somebody in person this afternoon as I finish work early on a friday. The case number is at home (Though if i'm not mistaken it is 67/6/05) I'll double check it when I get home for ya, The police station is Brackendowns Alberton

Thanks a million!

Well to let you all know. My subpeona should be ready for collection this afternoon.

Now the big question is what are Telkom going to do about it and what will happen to my money I spent which was "stolen". And what will the police do about the information I get for them now???

If it is... I'm almost sure they will give the wrong info out.

After 6 redirects I got hold of the person in charge at telkom with regards to this. No one is 100% what will happen, and I will have to wait for guilty verdict before they would even "consider" returning my stolen bandwidth.

This is so a pain in the ass, but I want to see this person fried! And At least we will know what to expect for anyone else next time

I suggest that you copy Sharon Horton(?) on all the correspondence. It seems as if she is the only Telkom employee who actually follows up on anything.
