ahahaha, sadly, Cell_C will just ignore it. If you ignore it long enough, the problem will go away!

Or you can just ignore me Cell_C, it's not like I have thousands of rands to create a public banner.

Hi Zyron, you definitely don't need a banner. If you are not having issues with normal browsing, provisioning unrestricted APN might be the solution. I'll PM you the details. *DM*

How about 2 years & counting Cell C.
Maybe we need a couple of those Banners here in Durban.
The truth is Cell C are the Most Useless Network in South Africa.
Their Motto is " If we cant fix it, then we ignore it "
 
Anyone having issues with Internet? In randburg and i constantly get "Proxy is refusing connections." Whatsapp still works at random intervals but nothing else on my phone.

Started on sunday in constantia kloof and i see now its doing it again today.

I am counting the days till the end of my hell-c contract. The data performance is ****ing abysmal.

I've had this problem for several weeks if not months. Luckily I'm on prepaid. Planning to jump ship next week during my leave.
 
Having issues with reception/internet in Bryanston. Across from the Microsoft campus on William Nicol Drive.

Calls being dropped, Calls Cut out, Internet Inaccessible even with 2 bars reception and an [ H+ ] sign on my LG G3.

The Internet was always an issue, CellC was never on the reliable end of Internet providing, but the calls has been of such bad quality, one week you have reception on the one end of the building and then next week you have reception on the other end, when you figure out what side does not have reception you call will surely drop on your way to the end where there is reception.

I also cannot believe that not even 1 store in the entire Gauteng has stock of the Note 4.

To be honest I have never ever had the pleasure of complaining about anything of Cell C, my experience has just always been on the okay side and never could defend someone that was complaining Until NOW, this is just a buildup on things for me to make the decision to cancel my contract after a few years of supporting this company.

Hi Cell_C, I have not received a call as yet. I also decided to upgrade since you would make an effort to help us here with network issues... but guess what they also failed to call me back.

Seems like you having issues with making calls the same as the users?

There are so many areas around Cape Town northern suburbs that I have perfectly full signal, perfect voice calls, but extremely limited data throughput.

Opening Google times out and opening Twitter simply loads the text of my latest tweets but no images.
