Cell C Network Issues: Disconnects, Coverage, Throughput Problems - Report Here

There seems to be a problem with the local tower in Fouriesburg, Eastern FS. Earlier today no 2g, or 3g/HSDPA.Only roaming on VC. Now only 2g on my phone and on my USB modem ZTE MF 190 roaming on VC on UMTS or HSDPA, as indicated in the Cell C software.
But connection speed is horrible, probably only working on 2g.

Download: 0.01Mbps
Upload: 0.03Mbps
My phone Cell C SIM is prepaid, the SIM in my USB modem for the laptop is on Giga 200 prepaid package.
Edit : Now on VC HSDPA : Ping: 70ms
Download: 0.45Mbps
Upload: 0.76Mbps Time 17h 30.

Hi Guys,

I'm in Samrand Centurion and CellC data is not working from this morning. I have 50GB left on the 100GB package Screenshot_20170518-072334.jpg. Oddly enough I received an SMS I had been unsubscribed from Hulkmobile Screenshot_20170518-072324.jpg. I have no idea what it is and never subscribed. The SIM is purely for data, no calls
 
CellC connectivity was down this morning for me too - Pretoria East. I could not even reach Google. It seems to be better now, although some sites are still not loading. My email was also not accessible.
I tried using my phone's browser on Vodacom, and there was no trouble, so it was obviously a CellC issue.

Since this morning we have intermittent internet problems, web browsing works on most sites, but as example we can't reach cell c website - and cell c self service, remote desktop connections are dropping all the time and services like GoToMeeting don't work. Email and VOIP is working. Internet connection cuts occasionally. I tried different provider (changed sim in router) and everything works. Changed DNS temporary to google and open dns, this did not resolver the problem.
 
Who can I contact to find the locations of the cell c towers in my area, I want point them directional antennae at them.

I have a Cell C Giga 200 sim for my wifi router seeing as we don't have a fixed line option faster than 2Mbps in my area. I usally have to roam to vodacom due to poor signal from cellc(which seems to be better lately). The first 200GB went smooth and I recently recharged with another 200. The speed is good most of the time (4-13Mbps) but for some reason I've been struggling during weekdays for the past 2 weeks. I run speed test and even when the results show up to 13Mbps I still can't watch anything without it pausing to buffer every 20s. Over weekends it is usually not a problem even if the speed is much lower.

I don't understand what's going on with the network. It seems to be just fine without any congestion or anything and most international sites are working just great but when I try a local site a lot of them hang or have high latency, and I don't mean just a few seconds. Then as soon as it loads the problem just seem to disappear. I first thought it was the Seacom issues but it's clearly not the case.
 
Was all through last night and then just now the whole thing slowed to a crawl until I turned off the modem for a while. Will see how it goes but overall local sites are slower and less responsive than international ones, which is completely counter intuitive to me.

We are experiencing an issue where our CellC speeds and connectivity has become intermittent and slow. Please can some one assist?
 
Internet connectivity on my wife's and my phone died at 20h00 here in Gardens Cape Town.
It's now 22h25 and still not working.
Have pulled battery, reset and even downloaded and installed new settings.
There seems to be a serious network outage.
