@PBCool I applied and paid for a new fibre install on 4 June. After a week I had no feedback on the application. On 19 June I decided to cancel as there was no feedback or progress. I requested a refund but I'm still waiting.
What's happening to Cool Ideas. Your service is non existent!

Hi @T-Man
I do see that one of the accounts ladies emailed you at 15:14 yesterday asking for your banking details as our facility doesn't allow us to process refunds to credit cards. Please kindly reply on the ticket with the requested details.

This is exactly the problem I'm having. CISP staff seem to have problems reading. I gave the details on the 20th already.
O, and the email you're referring to was on the 25th, not yesterday.
There also seems to be a delay with the tickets being updated with response emails. My response to that email doesn't show on the ticket.

Sadly as you can see by NYC its being routed through the US. I don't know why the server browser is exempt from this route but its a good example of the potential mess that this new routing could cause. I mean I'm lucky that this is a server based game, I have no idea what its going to do to p2p or ping based matchmaking games.

@PBCool I really hope you guys have a cunning plan to fix this because it could cause major issues.

Yeah, I'm seeing the same in Apex Legends. Ping to the London server is 142ms, but depending on matchmaking you will play on any of a number of servers, and I've been receiving high ping warnings of late, which hasn't been an issue before.
 
@CoolChick @PBCool Looking to upgrade my 10Mbps openserve fibre, but I don't see any option to do this from your portal.

I did log a ticket on the 25th (#COOL-20190625-265843), but didn't received any apply as yet.

Any ideas?
 
Sorry was in Cape Town yesterday and today will pickup posts from tomorrow am as soon as.

Yep international broken for me too, heavy packet lost at 154.0.5.11,154.0.4.250
 
International pretty much dead for anyone else since a few mins ago?

Edit: Took so long to load the page, I see I'm not the only one.
