Just once I'd actually like to use a product I pay for without getting so angry at its performance.
 
Yeap sorry I've been out most of the day I see the carrier to London from JHB started having issues around 7:30PM, they are investigating. Our cross connects are in place in JHB and CPT awaiting London then we can switch over.

I’m so confused as to how a carrier just gets away with such shoddy service ? There has literally been no resolution with their service for weeks.
 
It's one excuse after the other, we are taking new capacity then have to fight to exit the existing. Looks like its mostly outbound as the issue so have rerouted for now.

Hold them to an SLA and nail them.
 
We do which gives us credit, but we are pushing for the exit. How are things now?
